This agreement ( the Terms ) govern access to the tokennity website, mobile apps, trading the "Services") provided by tokennity. Creating an account means accepting the Terms entire.
1. Eligibility. Users need to be of legal age and legally competent to form binding contracts. Where the platform remains unlicensed or unavailable, residents are not eligible. Account data accuracy and credential privacy stay your obligation.
2. What we provide. tokennity provides an electronic marketplace for the markets shown on this website. Nothing here is investment recommendation; all trading decisions stays with you. Shown quotes and data serves information only and can lag or delay at moments.
3. Risks. Trading involves material loss risk and suits only those who can bear it. Leveraged products can send losses beyond your initial margin. Only trade capital which losing entirely you would survive.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear in the fee schedule and form part of these Terms. Charges may move once fairly notified.
5. Prohibited uses. Market manipulation, abusing technical holes, IP infringement and unlawful purposes are banned outright. Laundering and sanctions violations are included by the same bar.
6. Liability. To the fullest extent of law, tokennity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses connected to your use.
7. Changes. These Terms may be revised occasionally. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Controlling law comes from the registered jurisdiction of our operating entity.
