These privacy terms describes how tokennity ("we") amasses, uses and protects your personal data across our site and the Services. We act as the data controller for these data.
Data collected. Names, emails, nationalities and similar identity data plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. Additionally stored: execution and account history, technical logs and support messages. EU/UK lawful bases: contract performance, complying with law, plus legitimate interest.
How we use data. Managing your account, settling positions, meeting regulation, fraud prevention, and securing systems, plus optional product updates with one-click opt-out.
Who sees data. Sharing is limited to operating vendors (custody, payment, verification), authorities on valid demand, and de-identified analytics. Personal data is never sold.
Retention & security. Data is kept for account lifetime and statutory periods (commonly five to seven years for transaction records). Protection: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access limits.
